Please note we cannot reserve tickets for a performance, sorry.
Tickets booked over the phone or online must be collected from the arts centre with proof of ID or booking confirmation, between the above opening hours or on the night of the event. If collecting on the night, we recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start.
Please note you must produce a valid ticket for entrance to all our events.
For all sales we charge a 50p booking fee per transaction.
Concessions are indicated where available. We offer concessions to children under the age of 16, adults aged 60 or over, students in full-time education, those on Income Support and registered disabled. Proof of status must be shown when booking or collecting tickets.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 3 years may attend family events for free if no seat is required.

We regret that we are unable to refund tickets unless the performance is postponed or cancelled. We may be able to resell your ticket on the night depending on demand. Where this is possible we will refund you the ticket price less £2. This is at the Duty Managers discretion.
The majority of our events have unreserved seating. This may be cabaret style or rowed seating. Some of our livelier music gigs may be standing only, although we have a seated balcony area.
Seated events operate on a first-come-first-served basis on the night. Auditorium doors open about 20 minutes prior to the advertised start time, however you are welcome to enjoy a pre-show drink from 7pm in the Bacroom Bar.
Our policy is to offer all registered disabled ticket holders with a free carers ticket. Please call to book disabled seating.
Bridgwater Arts Centre has disabled ramp access with entry phone at the front of the building. The auditorium, bar and gallery are fully accessible. There are disabled toilet facilities.
Please call the box office if you wish to discuss any access requirements. We always try to accommodate access needs to the best of our ability within the constraints of our historic building whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.

If you are travelling from afar or in adverse weather conditions we recommend contacting the Box Office on 01278 422700 for up to date information on an event.
If an event is cancelled or postponed we will announce online and endeavour to contact all ticket purchasers. It may not always be possible to contact customers individually if an event is cancelled at short notice.
