Bridgwater Arts Centre has been in existence on it’s Castle Street site since 1946. We are the oldest funded Arts Centre in England.
It is currently a volunteer run independent organisation. There is a managing board of directors and trustees, supported by a network of volunteers all of whom have a part to play in making things happen.
We have an intimate but atmospheric 160-seat theatre and our other facilities are available to hire, for both professional and community groups.
