You’d Have to be Mad

Celebrating Mental Health Day

11am to 11pm

The Arts Centre has partnered up with Seed of Hope, for ‘you’d have to be Mad”, a day of creative activities, discussions and performances exploring mental health issues and how music and gardening (amongst other things) can help.  Songwriting, dance, yoga, carpentry, gardening, crafts and other taster sessions are planned, with stalls from support agencies and other community groups.

The highlight of the day will be an evening performance exploring societies attitudes to madness and mad people in a creative and hopefully humorous way.

To take part, contact Carrie on 01278 422700 or carrie@bridgwaterartscentre.co.uk
