Join our Elemental Hatha Yoga sessions, includes posture and movement, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation using aromatherapy. Gentle to moderate pace, beginners are welcome.
Yoga is helpful for easing bodily stiffness and pain, building strength and flexibility, aiding focus and concentration and alleviating stress and anxiety.
